1. Overview
All products purchased from Fone4u are covered by a warranty that protects you against manufacturing faults and defects. This Warranty Policy sets out what is included, what is excluded, and how to make a claim.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Warranty Coverage
A. Mobile Phones & Electronics
- All brand new seal-packed mobile phones and electronics are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- If the manufacturer provides a longer warranty, their terms will apply.
B. Repairs & Services
- Repairs completed by Fone4u may include a limited service warranty (usually 30–90 days, depending on the repair).
- This covers only the specific part repaired or replaced.
3. What’s Covered

- Software faults caused by the original manufacturer
- Defects in materials or workmanship present at delivery
4. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, impact damage)

- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Repairs, modifications, or software unlocking by third parties
- Issues caused by accessories not supplied by Fone4u or the manufacturer

5. Warranty Claim Process
Contact us at our chat bot or email marketing@fone4u.co.uk with:

- Photos or video evidence, if possible
We may ask you to return the device for inspection.
If the fault is confirmed, we will:
- Repair the product, or

- Refund you, if repair or replacement is not possible.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for backing up data before returning a device. Fone4u is not liable for any data loss.
- You must return items securely packaged. Damage caused by poor packaging during return may void the warranty.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a fault (such as loss of data, time, or income).
