Returns: You may return the device within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, and still seal-packed.

Exchanges: If your device is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days.

After 30 days: Devices may be repaired or replaced under the warranty. Refunds may be offered if repair or replacement is not possible.

Non-returnable items: Opened earphones, digital software, or consumables unless faulty.

Can I collect from the Glasgow shop?

Yes. Place your order online and we'll have it ready for collection at 1570 Great Western Road, Anniesland. Open Monday to Saturday, 10:30am to 5:30pm.
