Warranty: This device comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Returns: You may return the device within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused, and still seal-packed.

Exchanges: If your device is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days.

After 30 days: Devices may be repaired or replaced under the warranty. Refunds may be offered if repair or replacement is not possible.

Non-returnable items: Opened earphones, digital software, or consumables unless faulty.
